Project Management

Every project, whether it is a single engine install or a full green-field turnkey scheme, is allocated a dedicated Project Manager. From design to commissioning and hand-over, the Project Manager works to ensure all project installation and contractual matters are managed to specification and on budget.

Installation

Total capability to run a full turnkey scheme has been a hallmark for Hirst Electrical with the ongoing development of Power Stations on larger projects full time site attendance is provided, and in all cases CDM requirements are fully complied with whether our contracted role is Principle Contractor, or Planning Supervisor. Full civil and building works, mechanical, electrical and controls installations are undertaken under one contract.

Commissioning

Once installation works are complete the generating system and ancillaries are fully commissioned by a specialist engineer from Hirst Electrical or the Engine Manufacturer

Quality Management

Hirst Electrical operates within an ISO 9001/2008 certified procedure with a dedicated Quality Manager who ensures all relevant systems are in place on each contract

Hirst Electrical have an upto date policy which meets with all the current legislation.
